This website is operated by CJMRetail, a UK sole trader trading as TrulyGiftedStoreUK.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. Our Products

We specialise in engraved slate coasters, personalised gifts and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, dimensions and prices are accurate.

As natural slate varies in texture, thickness, shape and edge finish, individual products may differ slightly from the photographs shown.

Such natural variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

2. Personalised Products

For personalised products, customers are responsible for entering their requested names or wording accurately.

Please check spelling, capitalisation and other details before completing your order.

We engrave personalised products using the information submitted with the order.

If we make an engraving error or supply a product that does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally exempt from the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

This exemption does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We will send an order confirmation electronically.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The price shown at checkout is the price payable for your order, including any applicable delivery charges.

CJMRetail is not currently VAT registered.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer free UK delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable law.
