UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders placed through our website.

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24, at no additional cost.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver parcels on the next working day after dispatch, although delivery times are not guaranteed.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Our engraved slate coasters and gifts are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Personalised products may require additional preparation time to complete the engraving and quality checks.

Your estimated delivery date, where available, will take into account both order preparation and shipping time.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may take longer to process.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

You can follow your parcel's progress using the Royal Mail tracking service.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery may occasionally be affected by postal delays, severe weather, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses
